Olympic Lifting (1st and 3rd weeks of the month) - focuses on developing technique, strength, and power in the two primary lifts of the sport: the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Athletes will work on proper mechanics, accessory movements, and structured progressions designed to improve efficiency, strength, and confidence with the barbell.

​Hybrid Race Conditioning (2nd and 4th weeks of the month) - combines strength and endurance through functional movements like sled pushes, carries, rowing, and running performed in a circuit or race-style workout. The focus is on building stamina, strength, and overall conditioning
OCR: Obstacle Course Racing (60 min)
Classes focus on building the strength, endurance, and grip needed for obstacle racing through functional movements like carries, climbing, crawling, and cardio intervals. Workouts are designed to improve stamina, agility, and the ability to move efficiently through challenging obstacles.
